Registration Fee

All participants have to pay their registration fees according to the table given below. Please send your signed registration form and congress fee receipt to,

  • The fee does not cover the accommodation. The hotel accommodation booking costs will be your own responsibility. For hotel and accommodation details please click here.
  • Participants may appear as co–authors in several papers / posters, but multiple registrations per author / participant and multiple submissions of single-authored papers / posters are limited to at most three papers / posters. Participants will be charged half of the full fee for each of their additional submissions.
  • Languages of the congress are English and Turkish. Abstract must be submitted in English. While poster and oral presentations to be prepared in English, the oral presentations can be presented in English or Turkish.

*** Turkish participants can also pay extended abstract fee in US Dollar. The fee varies according to the US Dollar/TL currency.

**Any commissions charged by the bank should be covered by the participants. In some countries, it is not possible to make an international bank transfer. For those participants from such countries, it is possible to pay the registration fee, only in cash, upon arrival. Those participants will pay the corresponding registration fee to the registration desk. But they have to send their confirmed plane ticket before the registration deadline.
Refund Registration Fee and Cancellation Policy:

  1. All cancellations must be made in writing to the Organizing Committee by e-mail: or  Delegates who do not cancel and do not attend, will still be responsible for the full registration fee.
  2. In case of cancellation before 1 August 2016, there will be a 50% refund of the Congress fee. For cancellations on or after 1 August 2016, there will be no refund. All refunds will be reimbursed after the congress.
  3. In case you are unable to attend the meeting, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. However, the original participant should provide a letter of authorization together with a letter of cancellation to the Organizing Committee before 15 September 2016. This information should include the name of the substitute delegate.
